Payment Guidelines

We are currently offering one payment method as below:

Credit/Debit Card:

When you go to the payment page, you will be asked to provide some information relating to your card:

  • Billing information: cardholder's name, address, country, ZIP code...
  • Credit/Debit Card information: Card number, Expiry date, Security number CVV or CVC (usually on the back of the card)

For the compliance with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry - Data Security Standard) for your transaction, you will only provide the information over secured connection TLS/SSL.

Notes:

When your transaction is already proceeded successfully, you will see the confirmation page. You will also receive a confirmation email after your payment has been validated and accepted.

In case of transaction failure, you will see the decline page, which may be slightly different depending on the reason of the rejection.

Please notice that:

Once your service fee is well-paid, we will process your visa approval letter which will be ready at our website after 1 business day (Emergency Service) or 3 business days (Normal Service).

The fee you pay for us is the fee used to process your visa and get visa stamped at the airport. See the visa fee for further details.
